This site is the personal portfolio of Derrick Serna. By browsing it you accept the terms below. They are deliberately brief: this is a portfolio, not a shop or a service.

Ownership of the work

Every video on this site was planned, scripted, directed, shot and edited by me, and the writing, design and code are mine as well. All of it remains my property, or the property of the clients the work was produced for, and is protected by copyright.

You are welcome to view this work to evaluate me, share a link to it, and reference it in a hiring or commissioning conversation. You may not download, re-upload, edit, reproduce or present any of it as your own, or use it commercially, without my written permission. Ask and I will usually say yes.

No warranty

This site is provided as it is. I keep it accurate and online, but I do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free, and figures quoted about past work describe results already achieved rather than a promise of future results.

Links to other sites

This site links out to Instagram, to a newsletter, and to video platforms that host individual clips. I do not control those services and am not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. Their own terms apply once you follow a link.

Privacy

What this site does and does not collect is set out on the privacy page. In short: no forms, no analytics, no tracking.
